Terms and conditions of purchase
These terms govern the purchase of products on deskontrol.net, including order processing, payment methods, delivery, withdrawal, returns, warranty and the available commercial and technical contact channels.
For the deskontroller LITE V3 range, worldwide shipping is included. For other items, accessories or special cases, the final shipping conditions may appear at checkout depending on the product, destination or order configuration.
Order, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in euros.
- VAT is applied and itemised where applicable at the time of the order.
- Orders are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation and supply feasibility.
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card, bank transfer and PayPal where enabled.
- Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms and of the purchase conditions displayed during checkout.
Delivery
- The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
- The invoice will be sent to the email linked to the order or customer account.
- Standard dispatches and deliveries are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- A logistics delay does not in itself imply automatic cancellation of the order or compensation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- The customer must check the visible condition of the goods on delivery and report any incident as soon as possible.

Shipping, customs and import charges
Worldwide shipping is included for deskontroller LITE V3 models. This means that the transport cost is included for those products, but it does not include any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges that may be applied by customs authorities, carriers or destination countries outside the European Union.
Where applicable, those charges are the responsibility of the customer or importer. If the order is linked to a project, public procurement process, export destination or special documentation requirement, please contact us before ordering so we can review the case.
Withdrawal, returns and cancellations
For distance purchases made by consumers, the general withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to communicate the decision clearly by email or by any other valid means.
If the return is due to a standard consumer withdrawal, the direct return costs will be borne by the consumer unless expressly stated otherwise. If the issue is due to a defect, shipping damage attributable to the seller or a shipping error, deskontrol electronics will handle the appropriate solution.
Cancellations communicated before dispatch will be handled without return costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within the applicable legal period and in accordance with current regulations.

Warranty
The legal consumer warranty applies in accordance with the applicable regulations. In Spain, consumer goods are covered by the mandatory legal guarantee period established by current consumer legislation.
In addition, products manufactured within the deskontroller range, including the current deskontroller LITE V3 and future models produced by deskontrol electronics in this line, are covered by a 5-year commercial warranty, subject to product conditions, proper installation and correct use.
This commercial warranty does not limit or replace any mandatory legal rights that may apply to consumers. Other products sold through the store that do not form part of the deskontroller range manufactured by deskontrol electronics may have a different level of coverage, depending on their nature, manufacturer or the applicable legal framework.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, opening or modification by unauthorised personnel, use outside specification, electrical damage caused by external installation errors or causes beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.
In the event of a technical review, deskontrol electronics may first confirm whether the issue is covered by warranty or whether a repair quotation applies.
Technical information and product use
The photographs, descriptions, graphics, documentation and specifications on this website are provided for informational and commercial purposes. deskontrol electronics aims to keep product information reasonably accurate and updated, but reserves the right to update products, pricing, availability, documentation and site content whenever necessary.
Professional LED installations may require proper electrical design, power injection, cable selection, protection, signal distribution and commissioning. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed and used according to its documentation, technical specifications and the conditions of the project.
Website use, availability and liability
Use of the website implies the commitment not to use its content in an unlawful or fraudulent manner, or in a way contrary to good faith.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, deskontrol electronics shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, project interruption or costs arising from improper use of the product, incorrect installation, use outside specification or decisions taken without the necessary technical validation for the project.
deskontrol electronics may temporarily suspend access to the website for maintenance, security, technical incidents or causes beyond its reasonable control.
Applicable law
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In consumer matters, the rights granted by the applicable mandatory regulations will be respected at all times.
