Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refunds Merchandise

Products ordered outside the store catalog, is charged in advance and no refunds are allowed.

Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any item purchased, the customer has a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of good, to withdraw from the contract without penalty without giving any reason.

No need to provide any explanation, any item bought at, returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further.

Within a maximum period of 15 days of receipt of the return, promises to refund.

Before making the return, you must inform the customer service department by sending an email to the address before returning the goods.

If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the request in order, bear the cost of return and new shipment.

If the reason for the return is that the request is not satisfied, we will refund the amount but not the shipping or return postage.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel the order arrives before the departure of goods, the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and return postage of the same order.

Delivery conditions

Products purchased will be delivered to the person and address listed in the order.
